What Is Women Up?
A community of women dedicated to growth and empowerment. Our goal is to bring out the best in every woman. We offer resources to women in business, women in need and women wanting to make an impact into the next generation.
With programs like Brunch & Business and Krown Kare we are dedicated to supporting our fellow queens.
Brunch and Business was created by Priscilla Gator with the goal of educating women in Business. We host a yearly networking event where women can learn from each other. Besides this yearly event we focus on helping women secure employment and teach financial literacy. We collect gently used interview clothes and shoes to donate to women in transition. Nothing is better than a woman with financial freedom. Women Up is dedicated to bringing out the boss in you.
Krown Kare was started by Ebun Adeniji to offer free hair care and products to women in need. Your hair is your crown and Woman up knows that! Nothing boosts a woman’s confidence like getting that perfect hairstyle. In this economy many women have had to reduce or cut out self care entirely. Every woman deserves to feel beautiful. We offer free hair care before job interviews and important moments. Bringing back dignity to women that are often overlooked. That small gesture that goes a long way.
